This might be interesting

The inner part of the pine tree bark (cambium layer) is actually edible to humans. Once peeled off the tree, it can be lightly pan fried with oil and pepper.

This is probably not very interesting

Wild blueberries go well with tree bark, it's quite a playful little snack.
